(Question) Has anyone received an injection to remove keloid skin scars?

Since I was young, scars would form and when they healed, the skin would protrude outward. Later, I realized this was keloid skin. Keloids are a phenomenon where fibrous tissue becomes abnormally dense during the wound healing process. Currently, I am curious about the effectiveness of keloid scar removal procedures or injections for those who have tried them.
