Question) I have pain in my left waist. I didn't twist or injure myself...
Since yesterday, I have been experiencing pain in my left lower back. I have a herniated disc, but the pain is not in the area where it usually hurts, rather in a different spot.
I have pain on the left side of my lower back. No matter how I rub or twist it, it doesn't feel refreshing... Should I say it's tight or strained???
But... I had a subtle pain, so I applied a patch.
When I apply the patch, the pain improves... but if I peel it off again, I feel a similar sensation.
The woman in the image below is touching her hand, and I also have pain exactly at that spot.
I haven't done anything that would strain my back, and I haven't lifted anything heavy.
Suddenly, it happens...
Yesterday, it wasn't the exact area, and since my back was hurting, I thought it was menstrual pain.
So I took the medication, but the pain continued.
Today, I am experiencing pain in a specific area that I can precisely identify.
Why is this happening all of a sudden??
