(Question) Are there any methods to relieve pain caused by forward head posture?

After a car accident in November last year, I had an X-ray and was diagnosed with straight neck for the first time, but I didn't experience much discomfort. Just in case, I also bought a new neck pillow and have been using it until now. However, recently, as the weather has gotten colder, I've been experiencing pain at the back of my neck. I've looked up exercises on YouTube and tried them, but there hasn't been much improvement. Has anyone had experience with treatment for straight neck or turtle neck at an orthopedic clinic or hospital? I'm curious if it was effective.
