A few days ago, I started experiencing discomfort along with a feeling of residual urine when urinating.

It's a symptom I've been feeling for a few days.
I'm not sure what this is. I have made a hospital appointment just in case.
Should I say a burning sensation when urinating? Honestly, it's hard to describe, but I searched the internet and this is the closest feeling I found, so I am expressing it this way.
It's not a sharp pain, nor a tingling sensation, but an uncomfortable feeling.
My urination isn't satisfying, and I also feel a bit of residual urine.
It's not extremely painful or anything, but I still find it quite noticeable and uncomfortable.
The only fortunate thing is that everything is almost the same as usual except when urinating.
What is this?
