Maybe it's because it's fall, but my eyes are so sensitive to the light.

It's not inside my eyes, but the eyeliner area below the double eyelid line is very itchy. Today, my left eye was so itchy that I scratched it a bit, and now it feels sore. The ophthalmologist said it's a type of allergy, but since it's outside the eye rather than inside, it's difficult to use medication, so I'm just enduring it. It seems to get worse in the mornings and evenings as fall approaches. If anyone has similar symptoms, please let me know if there are any treatments or ways to alleviate the symptoms.
