[Concern] Is it okay to continue taking antihistamines?

Since May 16th of this year, I suddenly developed skin rashes and hives on my lower body.
For the first three weeks or so, I didn't go to the hospital and just endured...
I thought that eating selectively would improve my condition, but skin rashes and hives continued to occur.
I have a hard time every night, so I received treatment at the dermatology clinic in front of my house.
Started taking antihistamines twice a day, in the morning and evening.
Taking two antihistamines and one antispasmodic tablet, the hives disappeared as if by magic.
I've been taking it for about six months so far...
Sometimes, when I forget to take my medication or on very tired days, a very mild rash appears...
While continuously taking antihistamines for more than six months
Will taking antihistamines for a long time lead to tolerance?
I'm feeling 고민 and 걱정...
