(Question) Is athlete's foot difficult to cure?

It's my husband's foot.
It seems like my athlete's foot is really persistent.
It seems like I don't heal well whether I take medicine or apply ointment.
It's okay as long as the cold wind blows.
On hot days, I feel itchy and keep wanting to touch it.
So now we're fighting with spray.
Did you try the Once product before? I didn't find it effective at all.
Is there no other treatment method besides taking this medication?
