(Question) I have a high fever. Is there any medication to reduce body heat?

Since I was young, I have tended to have a lot of heat in my body.
While others suffer from cold hands and feet, I have a lot of heat in my body like a patient with a cold.
I tend to get hotter than others in the heat and less affected by the cold, but I have a constitution that sweats even in the middle of winter.
Because I sweat a lot and have a high fever, I used to wear thin clothes, but as the sweat evaporated, I often caught colds.
They say that eating red ginseng is good for people whose bodies tend to feel cold.
What is good for someone with a fever?
I would like to take medication to lower the fever if there is any.
My scalp is also very hot, so I am losing a lot of hair, and I really want to get rid of the heat in my bodyㅠㅠ
