Do you make and eat natural seasonings?
Our house uses dried anchovies, dried shrimp, dried shiitake mushrooms, and kelp.
It is blended multiple times in a mixer until smooth.
It is also added to dishes with broth or tteokbokki.
Safer than over-the-counter products, it has a savory flavor and tastes delicious.
Every time, anchovy, radish, green onion, onion, and kelp for re-dashi stock.
It's cumbersome to make, and food waste is generated~
Once prepared, it can be stored in the freezer and eaten for a long time.
That's why I do it that way^^
