(Question) The scapula area feels like electric shocks and tingles. Why is that?

The left shoulder blade area sometimes feels tingling or prickling.
Why do these symptoms occur?
There are no particular symptoms of being especially sick, but occasionally
It feels like a tingling sensation, similar to when receiving electrical therapy during physical therapy.
There are many times when I think I should go to the hospital because I'm not sick and I believe I will get better, but should I actually go to the hospital?
These symptoms do not persist continuously; they come and go, appearing briefly and recurring several times a day.
Are there any others who have experienced symptoms like mine?
