I've been experiencing persistent abdominal pain after meals for several days, and I'm worried.

I am experiencing repeated abdominal pain after meals.
It's already been a few days like this.
The location is just above the navel, and my entire stomach is subtly hurting.
It's not severe enough to require medication or a hospital visit, but I have a pain level of about 3 to 4.
My stomach feels less painful when it's kept warm.
After a few hours, it feels okay, but the pain repeats whenever I eat again~
Why does this pain keep recurring?
Has anyone experienced abdominal pain like mine?
