Question: Is the mole on my arm really a mole?

I don't know when this was created. The first thing I remember is, when I was in my twenties, sitting in the office and working,
Because it's summer, I was wearing short sleeves. Usually, I have no pain, and I don't rub or touch my arm, so I don't pay attention to it. But everyone who sees it...

Is it a dot?
It might not be a mole, go to the hospital.
