Hello?
I am worried about having toenail fungus, so I am seeking advice.
The nails have changed color, become thicker, and the surface has become rough and started to break. The shape of the nails is uneven and distorted, and there are cracks between the nails.
At first, there was no major inconvenience in daily life, but gradually my nails became deformed, and it became painful and uncomfortable to hold objects. Since I have been soaking in enzymes and other health-promoting substances, I think I have developed athlete's foot.
I'm always hiding it because I'm worried it might offend others, but since I often have to use my hands, it makes me anxious.
I have been consistently applying antifungal medication purchased at the pharmacy, but I see no signs of improvement. Even when I trim or file my nails, they quickly become thick and cracked.
Is there a treatment that effectively boosts the body's immunity to treat athlete's foot while also improving nail infections with topical agents?
I would like to ask about the causes of toenail fungus and how to manage it to prevent recurrence. Please also advise on improvements in diet and lifestyle habits.
Since I do a lot of kitchen work, I am frequently exposed to water and detergent. Please share any tips that could help with managing athlete's foot during dishwashing or cleaning.
