(Question) Is it normal to feel unwell after eating if I have a long fasting period? Lately, I've been feeling unwell.

I haven't been eating my usual late-night snacks for almost six months because of dieting.
In the morning, I replace it with Greek yogurt, have a regular meal for lunch, and for dinner, I eat either eggs or Greek yogurt...
Lately, I feel like I have trouble digesting and maybe because of the long fasting period, my stomach doesn't feel good when I eat regular meals for lunch.
Greek yogurt is only about two spoonfuls, so I don't feel any discomfort or anything like that.
Even eating a mild bibimbap or seolleongtang for lunch doesn't sit well with my stomach.
So, I haven't eaten hamburgers, pizza, or pork cutlets for a long time lately.
Is it because my stomach is not feeling well?? Even though I reduced flour and spicy foods while dieting, could my stomach still feel this bad?
I'm worried that I might have to live my whole life eating only Greek yogurt.
Has anyone else experienced something like me?
