Why does my stomach feel stinging when I drink water?

A few days ago, my stomach started to feel stinging when I drink water.
The painful area is around the part marked with V above.
It's okay if I stay still, but when I only drink water, I feel a tingling pain in my upper abdomen, and I don't know why.
There is no pain when I breathe.
There is no pain even when eating food.
Why does it sting whenever water gets in?
Is there anyone else who has experienced this kind of pain like me?
