Lately, my skin has been breaking easily. Why is this happening?

Recently, the temperature difference has been large, so I was working with a short-sleeved shirt and a windbreaker, rolling up the sleeves to my elbows. I scratched the windbreaker's sleeve area because it was irritated, and I was surprised when I scratched it—my skin broke open... There are about seven red spots that look like moles.
And then it hurts subtlyㅜㅜ
Could the skin have become weakened due to the temperature fluctuations?
