The things that tempt me are bread, fried chicken, hamburgers, and pizza. I feel like I must eat at least one of these on weekends, as if it's a reward for my hard work, but I know that's not true. I hesitate, order delivery, and can't break this habit. Now, I am determined to be strict and truly put it into practice. I make a firm resolution.
