Is skin trouble caused by using the wrong soap for cleansing?

Recently, I've been experiencing a lot of skin troubles suddenly. One eyelid is swollen all the way up to the eyelid fold, making it look like a night owl.

Since I have allergic skin, I can't use cosmetics or products with any dyes because they don't suit my skin.

So I always check the ingredients carefully and use them on my skin, but a few days ago I applied the usual cream, serum, and ampoule. If I say something has changed, I used a new soap. Can soap cause allergies on the skin when washing?
