It's not just summer that causes sunlight allergy. Even on cloudy, cool days like today, I get a sore throat after outdoor activities. This year, this area has been particularly itchy and bumpy, and if I don't cover my neck, it happens like this. When I wrap my neck with a handkerchief during exercise, it doesn't happen this way. Once it flares up, it stays red and itchy for several days... Should I see a dermatologist?
