Health question: My ear keeps filling with water, is there a way to fix it?

I have been experiencing water in my ear for a very long time.
Today was also so humid that I used a cotton swabㅠ
You also have a lot of earwax.
It's only temporary even when I go to the hospital.
Even taking medication doesn't help, and since it's such a chronic problem, it's very painful.
Are there people experiencing the same phenomenon as me?
