I am also slightly bow-legged, but one day my daughter said her big toe's protruding part was hurting, so I looked, and I noticed her bowing was worse than others. However, my daughter likes to exercise and be active, so after exercising, her toes hurt more, and she is also wearing slightly larger shoes.
