(Question) As I get older, I notice spots like moles appearing on the back of my hands.

I didn't have this when I was young, but as I get older, small spots are appearing on the back of my hands.
While living as a housewife for several decades, I cooked various dishes without wearing separate latex gloves.
At that time, oil or hot things splashed onto the back of my hand, so I wonder if that's why, or if it's sadly due to aging, small spots have appeared.
Is it because of aging?
Getting older is really sad, haha.
