I don't know exactly when it started, but somehow.
It's not that I hit or received a shock, but during daily life, my nails break or tear vertically.
I wonder if this is also one of the symptoms of aging.
This kind of thing didn't happen before, but I've been seeing this recently.
It happens, and even though I try to be careful, it appears frequently.
It grows a little over time, but if it tears vertically and reaches the flesh inside, it hurts~~
Even when touching my head, I get caught; even when getting dressed, I get caught...
What could be the cause?
It must be a deficiency of calcium or something similar, right?
