Skin rash on the back of the neck? Red spots, burning, and itching.

A few days ago, the area below my right ear and on my neck started to feel itchy, prickly, and a bit strange.
I think it's nothing serious, so I'm not paying attention.
Today, it was so itchy that I checked.
It's slightly red like a spot~
It's quite large, but I don't know why this is.
It seems to be spreading.
I should have checked when I first noticed something was wrong...
It seems like I have taken on more work.
Why is that pimple below so big?
Does anyone have information about these skin red spots?
