I have had dry eye syndrome for a long time, so my eyes feel gritty and I also feel like there is something foreign in my eyes.

I have a prescription for artificial tears and am applying them, but they sting a lot. It seems like more than half of it just passes through the eye and comes out.

저도 눈이 자주 충혈되는 편인데 일단 잠을 푹 주무셔야 하고 눈을 만지지 마세요. 면역력을 높이는 방법을 찾아보시고요. 운동도 꾸준히 해 주세요. 이것만 하면 충혈이 많이 나아져요

저도 눈 주위 선크림 바르면 눈이 아파서 되도록 순한 선크림으로 눈주위 피해서 바르게 되더라구요. 피곤할때는 실핏줄이 터질때도 있던데 안과 검진 가본적은 없는데 신경써야겠네요. 나이들수록 눈이 예민해지는것 같긴 하네요.
