[Concern] How should I interpret the numbness in my arm?
I'm not sure if it's because of stretching and home training or if the symptoms only occurred for a short time.
The numbness in my arm has almost been forgotten, but just a couple of months ago, I experienced numbness in my left arm when I woke up in the morning.
It used to appear. It extends from the forearm to the wrist. Since it is not a very strong numbness or pain, if you massage it briefly,
It was okay soon, but I was still worried about various things.
It's a blood circulation problem, a deficiency in nutrients, and lack of exercise. I've heard these many times, but I don't think they really help.
I'm not sure. It seems to have quieted down at some point.
If the numbness starts again, should I visit the hospital or try physical therapy, exercise, or stretching?
I'm also wondering if I should take medication.
