I'm worried because my eyes are bloodshot and rabbit-like every day of the year.

I inherited genes that are not very good for my eyes. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but since I was young, I often had styes and frequent eye inflammation. As I became an adult, it has gotten a little better, but the symptoms of red, bloodshot eyes seem to have worsened. On days when I can't sleep, my eyes become even more bloodshot. Even on days when I sleep well, they are only okay in the morning, but by the afternoon, they are inevitably red and bloodshot again. My eyes don't feel particularly dry. I don't wear eye makeup either. I have no idea what the cause is. As a result, my appearance looks painful and not neat or fresh. I always feel frustrated and worried because I don't know the cause of my bloodshot eyes.
