How do people with dust allergies overcome them?

Hello?
The allergy test showed a dust allergy.
Actually, I knew even without seeing the results.
Because when I go to a place with a lot of dust, I get a runny nose with white mucus, my eyes itch and turn red, and I sneeze.
It's just that I feel uncomfortable taking medication whenever I go to a place that doesn't seem to be cleaned properly.
