Jerusalem artichoke beet juice

I'm worried because my blood sugar is high. I lightly and subtly roasted the manure pot I grew at home, along with beets, to make tea. The red color is beautiful and lovely. I can't yet feel if my blood sugar is decreasing, but I plan to keep eating it consistently.
