It seems like my hands are becoming dry and hardened.

My hands are becoming dry, so they feel stiff and rough without a soft and moist sensation, which is causing me concern. I have tried using hand cream and frequently moisturizing my hands, even wearing plastic gloves, but there has been little effect. My hands feel so stiff that it seems like I’ve done a lot of manual labor, and the discomfort is quite significant. I want to restore my skin to its previous moist and soft condition.
