I have a lump on my abdomen. Could it be a skin cyst?

I think I've had this on my stomach for about 10 years.

I once suffered severely from a skin rash in the past.

I go to the dermatologist every week, getting calming injections and taking medication.

Before I knew it, I started to notice this on my stomach.

It feels like a bump or something, and when I showed it to the doctor, he asked if it hurt, so I said it didn't, and he told me not to worry about it.

Is there anyone who knows what this bump or lump is in the area above the navel, between the ribs?

As you said, I don't feel any pain. But having it constantly attached makes me uneasy and it doesn't look good.
