(Concern) Will blackout sleep masks resolve sleep disorders??
I have repeatedly said that the quality of sleep is poor.
I talked a lot in the comments...
Our room has double blackout curtains.
I dislike even the faintest light coming from a single source.
I bought two thick blackout curtains,
I tied two together, haha.
So, there is no light coming through the window at all.
Additionally, the light coming through the visiting gap
I bought a foam sponge and blocked it.
It is said that a dark place is good for sleeping...
I'm properly blocking the light, though ㅠㅠ
Even doing this, my sleep quality doesn't improve...
My husband recommended a sleep mask.
I bought a sleep mask today.
They say it will arrive tomorrow...
