It has been three days since I contracted COVID-19. This time, the symptoms started with muscle aches like a body ache, and now I have extremely severe sore throat. I went to the hospital immediately and got medication, but once the effect wears off, my throat feels like it's being torn apart. Even swallowing saliva is difficult, but I have to take the medicine to get better, so I almost cry while taking it. The pain is so intense that tears naturally well up. After taking the medicine, I can cautiously swallow saliva for about six hours. After that, it’s truly hell. It’s been three days, and there’s no sign of improvement. For COVID-related sore throat, how can I endure it well? Is there a way to reduce the pain?
