What is the cause of the inflammation inside the nose? Should I go to the hospital?

At first, I thought it was just because it was dry.
Even after a day, two days, or three days, it keeps getting more painful.
Just a slight touch on my nose hurts so muchㅠ
I applied ointment inside my nose because I have a cold. Will it get better?
Do I need to go to the hospital? Does anyone know?
