Peach ankle skin cracking dermatitis on the ankle
There is a bump on my right ankle that is commonly called the "peach bone." On that part, there is a white, thick, callus-like or keratin-like substance attached.
Applying ointment makes it look a bit clearer, but if I don't use the medication and wait for a while, it comes back again, and the cycle repeats.
There are no symptoms of itching or pain, but that area is covered with a white coating and looks unpleasant, so I keep picking at it with my fingers.
I took it apart again the day before yesterday, and it ended up like this.
It looks really bad when I don't wear socks.
Although it's summer, I can't wear sandals because of this, so I always wear socks and sneakers.
Are these symptoms eczema?
You shouldn't just apply ointment, right?
