Is there any medication good for mouth ulcers under the tongue?

Recently, my family members developed mouth ulcers.
Usually, I sometimes get it inside my mouth or on my gums, but this time I heard it appeared unusually under my tongue.
So, since it's on the tongue, eating has been uncomfortable, and she hasn't been able to eat properly for several days, so I told her to try applying a topical medication like Albochil.
But since it hurts and is painful, I think I don't really like that kind of thing. So, I'm curious if there are any types of pills or anything that can help with this kind of mouth ulcer.ㅠㅠ
