What causes boils to form? Please tell me the treatment methods.

I often get boils frequently, so I am really worried.
This time, it has become so large. Actually, until now, it was a boil.
Even if I leave it alone, it just goes away on its own, but this time there's inflammation.
Maybe because it's swollen, my surroundings hurt... I got a prescription at the pharmacy.
I'm taking antibiotics, but do I really need to have it torn?
