Please diagnose flat warts on the skin. Should I proceed with laser treatment?

I took an X-ray of the area on the left knee.

Is it a flat wart?

Getting older is already upsetting, and now I see things like that appearing on my skin here and there. If I want to be sure, I should go to a dermatologist, right? They are also appearing on my face, and it's upsetting.

It's not that I'm sick or anything, but I'm upset because the recurring skin lesions keep appearing.

Do I need to get everything laser-treated?? It's so hot in summer that I hesitate to go. Should I wait until fall?? I'm worried because something keeps forming on my skin while I shower.
