Concern about a mole or spot on my daughter's forehead?

There is a mole on my daughter's forehead that has been there since she was young, with small dots inside the dark area.

But I didn't know what this was.

I'm scared that it might be a type of skin disease.

I haven't been able to go to the dermatologist for a check-up yet.

Our family members are not all the same, but some have their cheeks or thighs.

There are large dark spots called "Kimjeom" or pigmentation spots on that part of the calf, and I thought that was what it was.

The moles on my daughter's forehead look a bit different.
