(Concern) Curious about how to remove skin tags around the neck~~

I'm not sure if it's a skin tag or a wart below my neck.
It seems to have been around for about three years.
It has not spread to other areas; there are about 10 of them only on the neck.
I saw an advertisement claiming that applying Aha Baha Medicream would make it disappear, so I tried it, but it didn't work.
