I developed blisters and scabs on my foot, and when I peeled them off, it turned out like this. What could this be?

Hello?
A red blister appeared on my foot, so I left it as it was.
Over time, it turned yellow.
Still, I just left it alone.
It was about to fall off as a scab, so I peeled it off.
I regret not just leaving it alone and not tearing it apart.
After tearing it open, there are red spots remaining in several places.
And it stings.
Still, I left it untouched for now.
This is the first time I've seen it look like this. What condition is it?
