(Concern) My soles hurt, making it difficult to walk or stand for a long time.

Recently, I have been experiencing pain in the soles of my feet, making it difficult to walk or stand. The pain started after overexerting myself during exercise, and it has persisted, causing me concern. I have tried acupuncture and hot packs, but they haven't been very effective. It seems that resting and not walking would help heal faster, but since I cannot avoid walking, the pain continues. These days, there are many protective compression bandages for the ankles and insoles for foot pain relief—do you think they are effective? Or should I consider physical therapy?
