There is a hard lump inside both earlobes, and I don't know whether I should go to an ENT specialist or a surgeon.

귓볼에 딱딱한게 만져 진다면 일반외과 가보시는거 추천 드려요. 딱딱한게 어떤 종류 인지 말로만 들어서는 감이 잘 안오는데 염증이 생겨서 그런건지 피지가 뭉친 덩어리인지 일단은 정확한 진단이 필요 할것 같아요. 만약 절개를 해서 제거를 해야 한다면 외과 에서 하시는게 더 낫지 않을까요? 우선은 감염 위험성이 있으니 손으로 짜거나 만지지 마시고 꼭 병원 진료 받으시길 추천 드려요.
