Why does the symptom of sudden blurred vision occur?

A long time ago, I had surgery to insert a tube because my tear duct was blocked in my right eye.

After working a little too hard, I feel a slight tingling and a gradual blurring sensation around the right surgical area.

Could it be because the tear ducts are not circulating? The hospital says they don't know the cause.

Could it be that my frequent work with computers has an influence?
