It's summer, so it's very hot...
A cool and refreshing sip of beer relieves stress, so I end up drinking more and more.
I try not to eat it as much as possible on weekdays.
I end up drinking a lot of sparkling water or zero-calorie cola...
So I end up just waiting for the weekends, feeling overwhelmed ㅠㅠ I drink freely without worries.
Are those setting goals for this week doing well?
