I'm suffering from pain in the soles of my feet.

I am suffering from pain in the soles of my feet. I enjoy hiking and walking, so I usually walk within a 4-kilometer radius. However, for the past three years, I haven't noticed it while walking, but when I lie down, I feel a tingling sensation like an electric shock in my soles. Now, the pain has also appeared. I'm worried it might be plantar fasciitis. I am currently resting from exercise, but the symptoms haven't improved. The pain isn't severe, but it's bothering me.
When the pain worsens, I apply Antipramin lotion, but it seems like the underlying issue is not being fundamentally treated.
