Starting yoga and Pilates has reduced my left pelvic pain.

I usually experience pain in my left pelvis, and on days when the pain is present, I have trouble sleeping because I keep tossing and turning.
Because applying pressure or pressing on the painful area helps reduce the pain.
Then, starting from June, I began yoga and Pilates.
However, strangely, the pelvic pain is gradually decreasing.
Sometimes, if I miss yoga due to an appointment, I experience pelvic pain again the next day.
It seems that yoga and Pilates are effective for me, who is very stiff.
Even though I do it in a hesitant posture for now, as I follow along, my body feels refreshed and invigorated.
Treating pain through exercise also seems to be a good method.
