It's been about five months since I quit smoking.
I kept gaining weight, and now I've gained 7kg because I've been snacking constantly.
I have developed habits of overeating rice and binge eating.
I used to leave some when I was full, but before I knew it, everything was gone.
So, when I come home, I feel stomach pain and such.
Is there a way to control eating after quitting smoking?
My stomach hurts so much now that I'm taking medicine and doing other things...
If there is a proper way, I would like to limit my meals.
