I have more moles on my skin (concern)

Recently, I have noticed an increase in the number of moles on my skin. Most of them are red bumps, and there are also many tiny brown spots. They are not particularly noticeable or bothersome to look at, but they are somewhat concerning. Why do red spots appear? I am curious if they can develop without any particular health issues, and I am worried about it. So far, they mainly appear on my upper body and arms, and I wonder if they will continue to increase... They are not itchy or painful, but I am considering whether I should visit a hospital.
