Sharing symptoms of right lower abdominal pain due to acute appendicitis
2024.07.26 00:02
I used to frequently suffer from chronic enteritis, but even after taking medication for enteritis, the abdominal pain I usually felt was different in nature. Although my regular internal medicine doctor, whom I visited often, couldn't be certain without an MRI, they suggested it was a possibility. So, I had an MRI done, which revealed acute appendicitis, and I underwent emergency surgery the same day.
The appendicitis I saw on the media was really severe, to the point of writhing in pain, but mine was definitely not that bad, and I was doubtful whether it was appendicitis at all. So if the pain persists or doesn't improve even after taking medication, you should confidently get an MRI.
